Hi, I’m Rebecca — a mum of two (a teenager, a six-year-old, and one very loyal dog), a former nutrition coach and personal trainer with over ten years of experience, and the creator behind That Wellness Mum.

In my early twenties, I spent years travelling all over the world — soaking up new experiences, exploring different cuisines, and learning from every culture I encountered. I also lived in Spain for five years, mainly in Ibiza, which still holds a huge place in my heart. The Spanish way of life — slow mornings, fresh local food, and that deep appreciation for family and community — truly shaped how I see wellness today. I even speak Spanish and love weaving that Mediterranean spirit into my cooking and my daily rhythm.

Those years abroad opened my eyes to what really matters: good food, simple living, and gratitude for the small things. After a decade in health and fitness, I came to realise that true wellness isn’t about restriction or chasing perfection — it’s about getting back to basics. Cooking real food at home, using wholesome ingredients, and creating routines that make you feel grounded and good.

My mission is to help families do just that — by sharing delicious, wholefood recipesmeal prep ideas, and easy home-cooking methods that bring more comfort, energy, and joy into everyday life.

At my core, I’m a bit of a go-getter — an entrepreneur with a passion for building, creating, and encouraging others to take positive steps forward. I pour that same energy into That Wellness Mum: a space full of positivity, practicality, and heart.

I believe that when we slow down, cook with intention, and fill our homes with nourishing food, we do more than just eat well — we thrive.
