I use this plant-based protein powder and these organic chia seeds in this recipe.
They blend beautifully and don’t leave a chalky aftertaste!

Ingredients
- 40 g rolled oats
- 200 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp honey (optional)
Blueberry Jam
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Instructions
- In a small pot, simmer the blueberries until soft (5 mins), mash slightly, then stir in chia and maple syrup. Let sit to thicken.
- Cook oats with almond milk on the hob or microwave until soft.
- Stir in protein powder and chia seeds.
- Spoon over blueberry jam. Enjoy warm!
