Protein Oats with Blueberry Jam

Ingredients

  • 40 g rolled oats
  • 200 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Blueberry Jam

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Instructions

  • In a small pot, simmer the blueberries until soft (5 mins), mash slightly, then stir in chia and maple syrup. Let sit to thicken.
  • Cook oats with almond milk on the hob or microwave until soft.
  • Stir in protein powder and chia seeds.
  • Spoon over blueberry jam. Enjoy warm!
