Ingredients
- 1 cup rice crispies
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp nut butter
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 100 g milk or dark chocolate
- 1 banana
Instructions
- Add the rice crispies, pumpkin seeds and nut butter to a bowl
- Melt the coconut oil for 10-20 seconds in a microwave and add this in. Give it all a good mix until combined
- Melt the chocolate in hot water (boil in the bag then snip off a corner!) Top each base with a thin layer of chocolate
