rice crispies

pumpkin seeds

nut butter

coconut oil

milk or dark chocolate

Instructions
Add the rice crispies, pumpkin seeds and nut butter to a bowl
Melt the coconut oil for 10-20 seconds in a microwave and add this in. Give it all a good mix until combined
Melt the chocolate in hot water (boil in the bag then snip off a corner!) Top each base with a thin layer of chocolate
Top with one slice of banana, and freeze them for 10 minutes.
Notes
Store in the fridge and enjoy them as a healthy afternoon snack!
