Stir in the oats, cinnamon, and baking powder until combined.
Fold in blueberries gently so they don’t burst too much.
Spread the batter evenly into the baking dish and bake for 30 minutes, or until golden and set in the middle.
Let cool fully in the pan before slicing into bars.
