Kiwi Dipped in Dark Chocolate

ripe kiwis
80
g
dark chocolate
70% or higher
Optional: pinch of sea salt
Instructions
Slice each kiwi into 3-4 slices.
Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl over hot water. Stir frequently.
Dip half of each kiwi slice into the dark chocolate and lay onto a plate to set.
Sprinkle sea salt over the dark chocolate (optional).
Notes
Store in the fridge for up to 2 days
