Kiwi Dipped in Dark Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe kiwis
  • 80 g dark chocolate 70% or higher
  • Optional: pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  • Slice each kiwi into 3-4 slices.
  • Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl over hot water. Stir frequently.
  • Dip half of each kiwi slice into the dark chocolate and lay onto a plate to set.
  • Sprinkle sea salt over the dark chocolate (optional).

Notes

Store in the fridge for up to 2 days
